Evaluation of non-formal education management in Maluku Province, Indonesia

چکیده

The study was aimed at evaluating the management of non-formal education institution in Maluku Province. Mixed methods were applied to conduct with population included all 24 accredited institutions Province 2017-2018. namely Central Regency 2 Learning Centre Community Activities (PKBM), Southeast Course and Training Institute (LKP), 1 PKBM, Buru LKP, Tanimbar Islands 6 PKBM Ambon City 3 Activity Center. sample this (population sample) census techniques, two educators learning residents also involved be interviewed. In collecting data, several instruments implemented such as non-test techniques form assessment rubrics, observation, interviews, documentation studies. analyzing context, input, process product (CIPP) used bases theory it analyzed through quantitative qualitative descriptive analysis ways. results reported that did not optimally applying principles good governance categorized low level based on CIPP model evaluation.
